How do I know what material my sneaker is made from?

Most authentic sneakers have a serial number on the inside tag. You can look it up using:
Barcode Lookup https://www.barcodelookup.com/  Or simply WhatsApp us a photo of your shoe and we’ll assist.

How long does it take to get my shoes cleaned or restored?

Standard sneaker wash: 4 days working days
leather restoration: 4-6 working days
Shoe repairs: 1–14 working days (depends on work scope)
We’ll always let you know if there’s any delay.

I need my shoes urgently. Can you help?

Yes! We offer an Express 24-Hour Service at an additional R30 a pair..
Example: If dropped off at 13:00, they’ll be ready before 13:00 the next day.

Do you offer collection and delivery?

Yes. We collect and deliver at a rate of R10 per km. FREE DELIVERY for 6 pairs or more within 5km radius of our stores. Delivery time varies by location but is usually same day. Pre-book.

How do I make payment?

We accept Cash, Card, and secure payment links. Let us know your preference.

Do you only clean sneakers?

No — we service all footwear types: sneakers, boots, formal shoes, slippers, school shoes, and more. We also offer repairs, restoration, and deep care — think of us as a clinic for your shoes.

Do you sell products to clean and maintain shoes at home?

What if my shoes are fake or replicas?

We do clean fake shoes, but we are not liable for any damage caused by poor material quality. Insurance claims do not cover fake or replica footwear.

What if I’m unhappy or feel the service took too long?

If you feel service is delayed, please contact us. If your shoes are already in progress, refunds may not be possible, but we can offer discounts, store credit, or priority completion as a resolution.
