This policy applies to all services provided by Sneaker Cleanic. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

RETURNS & REWASH

• Customers have 72 hours after collection to return sneakers for a free rewash if unsatisfied.

• Sneakers must be unworn and returned in the same condition as collected, excluding the cleaning service performed.

No refunds on services rendered. Management may approve exceptions at its discretion.

COLLECTION & STORAGE

• A valid receipt or proof of collection is required.

• Sneakers not collected within 5 days incur a R5 per day storage fee, payable before release.

• Sneakers uncollected for 3 months may be sold or disposed of after reasonable contact attempts.

FAKE / REPLICA SHOES

• Customers must declare replica or counterfeit shoes.

• Sneaker Cleanic is not liable for damage due to low-quality or unknown materials.

Insurance does not cover counterfeit, replica shoes or low quality shoes.

PACKAGING & STORAGE

• Remove sneakers from packaging after collection and store them properly.

• Sneaker Cleanic is not liable for damage caused by poor storage after pickup.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

• Customers are encouraged to take photos at drop-off.

• In rare cases of loss, Sneaker Cleanic will assist with an insurance claim.

Normal wear and tear including scuffs, yellowing, fading, or aging is not covered.

MATERIAL & DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

• Some materials may react unpredictably to cleaning, water, dyes, or heat.

• Sneaker Cleanic is not liable for pre-existing damage or inherent material defects.

• Damage claims must be proven to have been caused by Sneaker Cleanic and deemed unrepairable.

By submitting sneakers for service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

Turnaround Process

Day 1:Shoes are received and processed

Day 2: Cleaning is carried out.

Day 3: Final preparations are done (lacing, Final Touches, etc.)

Day 4: Shoes are ready for collection.

Note: For shoes requiring additional work (e.g., repairs, leather restoration), timelines may differ. Deadlines will be communicated accordingly.
Exceptions: Some items may take longer than expected due to their condition or required treatment.
