- Returns & Rewash
• You have 72 hours after collecting your sneakers to return them for a free rewash if unsatisfied.
• Sneakers must be unworn and in the same condition as collected.
• No refunds on services rendered. (Special cases may be reimbursed via the same payment method.) - Collection & Storage
• Provide a valid receipt for collection.
• Uncollected sneakers after 5 days incur a R5/day storage fee.
• After 2 months, uncollected shoes may be sold to recover costs. - Delivery
• If you can’t collect, delivery is available at R10 per km (pre-arranged). - Fake or Replica Shoes
• Please disclose if shoes are replica or counterfeit.
• Sneaker Cleanic is not liable for damage caused by low-quality or unknown materials.
• Insurance does not cover counterfeit shoes. - Packaging & Storage
• Remove shoes from packaging after collection and store them correctly.
• Sneaker Cleanic is not liable for damage due to poor storage after pickup. - Insurance & Claims
• Take clear photos when dropping off your sneakers.
• In the rare case of loss or major damage caused by our staff, we will assist with an insurance claim.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. scuffs, yellowing, fading) is not covered.
Turnaround Process
Day 1:Shoes are received and processed
Day 2: Cleaning is carried out.
Day 3: Final preparations are done (lacing, Final Touches, etc.)
Day 4: Shoes are ready for collection.
Note: For shoes requiring additional work (e.g., repairs, leather restoration), timelines may differ. Deadlines will be communicated accordingly.
Exceptions: Some items may take longer than expected due to their condition or required treatment.

Sneaker Cleanic is not liable for pre-existing conditions or any damage that occurs during cleaning unless the damage is caused by us and we are unable to repair it, in which case an insurance claim may be considered.
